WINEMAKER NOTES
Rotary and static fermenters processed premium parcels of Cabernet and Merlot fruit. After gently pressing them following seven to ten days of skin fermentation, the wine was matured on French oak for 3 to 6 months before blending and bottling it. The resulting wine exhibits excellent depth of colour, richness, and complexity.
